Hüsnü Özmen Food Industry and Trade Inc. was founded in 1925 by Hüsnü Özmen for the wholesale of food products. Following the passing of our founder, his sons Hayri, Salih (Zeki), and Hasan Özmen continued the food wholesale business.
Since the 2000s, our company has continued to grow with new investments, starting lentil flour production; it has established a modern production infrastructure by incorporating a Sortex (color sorter) device, thermal processing (sterilization and drying) equipment, and a quality control/microbiology laboratory. During this process, partnerships with global companies were developed and have continued to grow each year.
Our company, which began producing dried rice flour in 2005, has become a sought-after brand in the industry. Since 2007, it has been offering solutions to ready-made soup and dessert producers by establishing pre-cooking and drying facilities.
Today, Hüsnü Özmen Gıda serves as a supplier to many national and international companies with its 100 years of market experience. With its quality-focused approach, it continues to invest in laboratories and machinery, producing all its products in compliance with food regulations. Production processes supported by microbiological, chemical, physical, and moisture analyses are carried out in line with changing food trends and the specific requests of companies.
