Dried Rice Flour

Broken rice obtained from paddy factories is cleaned in our facility with stone sorting, sieving systems and Sortex technology. The moisture content is reduced by applying heat treatment and brought into flour form with appropriate milling techniques. Thanks to its low moisture content and fine particle structure, it is a raw material that dissolves easily and ensures homogeneity of the mixture. Shipped with microbiological analysis report.
